Sundbyholm Castle is located in a nature reserve with hiking trails, a beach and Sörmland's largest rock carving around the corner. Head out into Sundbyholm's beautiful nature with a backpack that contains everything from a map with measured distances to a lunch bag with coffee. You will find the binoculars particularly useful when you visit Sundbyholm's bird tower. Walking sticks are also available to borrow for those who wish.

You should bring the following with you: Good walking shoes, clothing for the weather (including rain gear).
Swimwear and beach towels are also recommended (long sandy beach at Lake Mälaren). During the summer months, we have bicycles and canoes for rent. This includes the loan of a bicycle helmet and the loan of a life jacket.

The package includes:

• Loan of a backpack with coffee break items (cheese sandwich, a water bottle, coffee and cake), picnic blanket, hiking map and information sheet, binoculars, simple rain poncho.
• Loan of walking sticks (optional).
• Two-course (starter & main course) candle-light dinner at the castle. From midsummer until the first week of August this two-course dinner is served at 5.30 p.m. Mondays to Fridays. Outside of this period it is only served on Fridays and Saturdays at 5.30 pm. This is the first seating (out of two) of the evening. There is a bar at the castle that you may want to visit before or after dinner.
• An overnight stay in your selected room category.
• Breakfast.

All meals are served at the castle, while overnight stays take place in one of our hotel buildings or in a chalet, depending on the selected room category. There is no accommodation at the castle. The entire castle is a restaurant and banquet hall.

Check-in can take place from 3 p.m. and check-out can take place no later than 10 a.m. on weekdays, 11 a.m. on Saturdays and 12 noon on Sundays.

Do you have children with you? The discounted children's prices include a sandwich and beverage, three-course special children's menu with soft drinks/juice with the meal and an extra bed in the parents' room/suite and breakfast. Children over 12 get the same menu as the adults, but drink soda/juice with the meal (wine not included). If you bring your own travel cot or if the child sleeps between the parents, you only pay for the meals and drinks (in that case call us to make the reservation).
