Can you distinguish between a champagne and a cava? Or perhaps from a prosecco? During a one-hour enjoyable sparkling wine tasting with snacks designed to enhance the different characteristics of the champagnes and sparkling wines, you will learn more about bubbles and have a good time in the process. After the tasting, there will be a three-course dinner.
Note that you need to understand Swedish in order to understand everything that our Swedish-speaking sommelier is talking about.
– 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM: Tasting of the sommelier's selection of champagnes and sparkling wines (a total of 5 different ones) under the guidance of the experienced (and humorous) sommelier Lotta Junger.
– 8:00 PM: Three-course dinner at the Castle with white tablecloths and candlelight.
